2009 Going On 2010

Where has this year gone? It seem but a moment ago that we where all huddled around the boardroom table discussing targets for the year ahead. Despite it flying by, I think we’ve hit a large majority of the targets – excelling even in some parts.
There have been a number of highlights throughout 2009 – the new business, the coverage achieved, the personal progression but I can’t decide which one takes the award.
I spent many days, certainly towards the end of the year, at automotive shows up and down the country which, considering I have a personal passion for all things petrol, certainly didn’t seem like work and, was thoroughly enjoyable – especially the Classic Car Show!
However, then there was the Christmas party. Well, I’m still piecing together everything after 5.30 but I do remember having a whole lot of fun and nearly as much sake – which seemed like a very good idea at the time but not so much the next day! Think I’ll leave that alone for a while now.
Overall, it’s been a great year all round and I’d like to raise a toast to everyone Punch Communications – good work guys, here’s to 2010.
