Back on the PR Wagon

I’ve been away in Cyprus for 2 weeks (sorry felt the need to get that in!) and as somebody working in the field of Media and Public Relations constantly reviewing newspapers, magazines and websites, I told myself at the beginning of my holiday that it was novels and nothing else!
Days one, two and even three were surprisingly easy, the first novel was good. Day four, the start of book two however saw me straining on my walk past the local supermarket for a piece of British press, by day five I was happily reading The Guardian. Funny thing was I took great comfort in knowing what was going on in the world, finally I was completely relaxed – that was until I found the 546 e-mails in my in-box this morning!! This is one PR girl who needs to know what is going on; is it for professional reasons or am I just nosey by name and nature – I’ll let you decide that one!!
