A very busy week (again) for the Punch team - Katharine and Pete have been away in Sweden, Pete has celebrated (another) birthday and we have taken on a new, terrifically exciting client (of which more later). A particular highlight for me is learning that two new clients are nothing less than connoisseurs of real ale, not you understand in a flat cap and tweed kind of way (although I have also been known to sport a fine array of tweed attire myself), but as two young, dynamic and inspiring digital entrepreneurs, passionate about great beer.
I have thus designated part of my weekend to listing the top ten real ale pubs of all time, with the sort of excitement that most reserve for strictly celebrity x factor skating dancing monkey programmes. All I will say at this point is that The Guinea on Bruton Place in Mayfair is in with a tremendous shout.
