A client flagged up an interesting and timely concept this week - that of the Brand Butler, as identified by the excellent Trendwatching.com.

In short, the concept is simply that brands that assist consumers, rather than those that simply sell to them, are well/best placed to succeed. Or, in other words, that ‘serving is the new selling'.
