The Punch Comms office has been a hub of excitement this week, with changes afoot and team expansion inevitable. I'm very happy to say that amid all of the economic doom and gloom, Punch is thriving and welcoming both new clients and new recruits.

No one can accuse us of not embracing change here at Punch. Within minutes of the head count increasing on Wednesday morning, changes to processes started to take place. Kath was quick to introduce a new ‘make your own' tea policy as confusion had ensued when the cup count reached double figures. Remembering whose cup was whose was no longer possible. Even employing Phil's technique of carrying them in alphabetical order, according to the name of the cup owner, proved ineffectual.
