When disaster strikes, the way the crisis is dealt with through communications is paramount.  At Punch we have an enviable track record and skillset in handling press and social media backlash both on a campaign-specific or long-term basis.

Our crisis consultancy provides two core services: issues management and reactive crisis PR. Issues planning helps us identify possible crisis situations and develop a set of preventative steps, while our reactive PR service defines the responsive measures that could be implemented in the event of a disaster, plans for a different scenarios, evaluates risk levels and prepares spokespeople.
