Family Fun!

Punch client Karacha is currently running a competition in the Family pages of the Guardian (nice work Kath and Abs) and this morning I had confirmation that Saga will be running a piece on the instruments in their February issue while parenting website www.newborntoteen.com covered the site last week.

This has really got me thinking about how learning to play an instrument appeals to all ages and all personalites.

Music is now being pushed as something fun and enjoyable, not something to be taken ultra seriously!

I remember being forced into playing the recorder when I was at Primary school, things seem to have changed somewhat since then, Kath's daughter Chloe is now playing the instrument, but through choice and I think it's only a matter of time before Jay expresses interest in the drums...
