Google+ and my first weeks at Punch

I’m just coming to the end of my second week here at Punch Communications and I’ve certainly got a lot to think about! The pace everything moves at here is quite amazing, but it definitely keeps things interesting and everyone works incredibly hard.
With all of the developments on the Google+ front I’ve had plenty to keep me busy as it’s capabilities and uses are adapted and improved upon daily. The buzz surrounding Google+ has been hard to ignore and everyone here at the office is getting thoroughly stuck in to exploring its usage and potential.
It’s been an interesting time for me to start working with social media at the same time as a brand new service has been launched. To be involved in using and learning about the opportunities this platform provides along with everyone else here has definitely been a great experience and has allowed me to gain an understanding of the time and dedication it takes to fully understand a service such as Google+, and how to best use it for the company and it’s clients.
I am very much looking forward to learning as much as possible about the industry, the processes, technology and ideas that go into creating a successful service, and there is no better place to learn all that than right here at Punch.
