It's The Little Things

One of the projects I've been overseeing has required me to drive to the centre of Leicester and back to ship parcels. It was 2 hours out of my very busy day. While I like a road trip, I'd come back to the office flustered knowing the work awaiting me.
Then all of my shipping prayers were answered: Punch opened a Fed Ex account for our client. The Fed Ex man arrived today bearing gifts: envelopes, airway bills and plastic pouches. It was like Christmas!
Like I said before, it's the little things that just brighten up a workday.
