Jeff Bezos on Customer Service

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has just posted a really interesting video on YouTube following the $850m acquisition of/share exchange with online shoe retailer Zappos, announced earlier today, focusing on innovation and the importance of "obsessing over customers".
The video is well worth a watch, not only for Jeff's wisdom but also some anecdotes about Amazon's early years - including how the power required the run the site's servers was so great that the founders couldn't switch on any other domestic appliances for fear of tripping the electrics.
