London Town

Punch’s London office is now up and running, which is exciting for both the company and of course me.
Having recently moved to the UK from Japan and originally hailing from Australia, there is definitely still a novelty factor attached to me being here – and I don’t think I could ask for a better introduction to London working life than the buzz of Oxford Circus. The temptation of after-work shopping is proving to be quite hard to resist though...
On the flipside, I’m also enjoying my visits to Punch HQ, with its much more relaxed setting... green fields, quiet roads, and even a few sheep thrown in for good measure!
One of the best parts of moving somewhere new is that routine tasks like finding your way around town and taking a train through some countryside are – at least initially – so interesting. So I’m now in the process of soaking up my new surroundings and must say it’s great to be here.
