We teamed up with Barclaycard bespoke offers and retail giant Arcadia to target and reward Topshop customers on Twitter and Instagram. Taking community management to the next level, we engaged shoppers and brand advocates around user-generated content and current trending topics, utilising manual search and listening-tool monitoring to join customer conversations in real time; offering fashion tips, style advice, trend insights and free e-gift cards that could be redeemed instantly in-store via smartphones. The campaign was a huge success, and one of the most downloaded offers of the month on the bespoke offers site.
