I've just joined the Hub Culture, which is an innovative mixture of social networking and physical space - with premises 'all over the world', including Copenhagen, San Francisco, LA, Amsterdam, Ibiza - and London.

It was covered a few months ago in Wired UK and I've been meaning to check it out but I only found my way there yesterday, on a friend's recommendation. It's located just off Carnaby Street and is a great central screatching post, which is extremely cost-effective, despite feeling exactly the opposite in terms of layout, decor and facilities.

Interestingly, there's an internal, cross-border currency system employed across the network, called Ven, which has just received some attention from the WSJ.

Check out the HubLondon twitter feed (one of several, globally).
