20,000 Fans Vote Dong-Gook Lee (Middlesborough), Dirk Kuyt (Liverpool) and Darren Bent (Tottenham) The Worst Premiership Strikers This Season In A Major Poll According to Sportingo

Sportingo, which empowers sports fans to become expert pundits through creating and sharing opinion, has announced that Dong-Gook Lee (Middlesbrough), Dirk Kuyt (Liverpool) and Darren Bent (Tottenham) have been voted as the WORST strikers in the Premiership this season according to more that 20,000 fans in a major online poll.
One of the biggest Sportingo polls to date saw Lee pick up over a quarter of the votes with 5,732 online fans rating him the worst striker in the Premier League. Although Lee was a free transfer from Pohang, the South Korean has failed to find his form and as he is yet to net in the Premier League.
Dirk Kuyt came a close second to Dong-Gook Lee with 5,172 of the votes. The hardworking Dutchman had a decent season last term but has been profligate in front of goal this season, scoring just three times in 23 Premier League appearances, none of which have been at home in front of the Anfield faithful.
Darren Bent claimed third position in the pole with 2,405 votes following his move to Tottenham. Despite a price tag of £16.5m, the former Charlton front man just hasn't made an impact at Tottenham netting just three times in 15 appearances.

Sportingo is the world's largest platform for fans to write about sport with over 2,000 registered writers. Fans benefit by having their articles professionally edited and presented to a growing audience of punters who rank and comment on the articles. Sportingo also allows views to be 'put forward' through various interactional exercises including a daily poll from which the above data was collected.
The remaining votes were as follows
- Mido - gained 2,076 of the votes. Following his move from Spurs to Middlesborough, Mido has netted just twice this season.
- Georgious Samaras - Although currently on loan to Celtic, Samaras failed to impress whilst at Manchester City subsequently collecting 1,310 of the votes and fifth place
- Jeremie Aliadiere - The former Arsenal player claimed sixth spot with 770 votes, having scored just twice in eight appearances for Middlesborough.
- Darius Vassell - Having netted just three goals so far this season, Premiership veteran Vassell claims seventh spot with 768 of the fans votes.
- Emile Heskey - Despite brief acclaim representing England, Heskey still claimed eighth spot in the list of the worst Premiership strikers with 678 votes.
- Carlton Cole - With publicised problems off the pitch, West Ham's Carlton Cole earned 569 votes and ninth spot as the worst striker on the pitch.
- Diomansy Kamara - With only two goals so far this season, the 6m Fulham man claims tenth spot with 392 votes.
