‘Bring it life’ – photography & hand-drawn illustration

We were challenged by Sony Mobile to¬†develop a unique social content concept that would promote the innovative camera and display features of the Xperia Z3 smartphone in a bold, creative and identifiable way. Following the strategy phase, our design team were tasked with juxtaposing illustration and photography in a way that would make the photos displayed on the handset screen stand out in the¬†newsfeed, the result was the ‘bring it to life’ campaign. As a first for the brand on Facebook and Twitter, not only did the illustrations add a new dimension to the images, but they have also been some of our most engaging social assets to date.
