We’re looking for an energetic and exceptional Account Director to help lead our accounts team in delivering brilliant work for our world-class clients.
Heading up your own portfolio of global brand accounts, you’ll take a strategic lead at Punch, working closely with directors and our dynamic accounts team to ensure the agency surpasses its financial and performance targets. Bringing your own brand of influence and leadership to the role, you’ll own the success of campaigns; developing innovative and creative ideas, managing your team, building strong relationships with clients and working to maximise revenue wherever appropriate.
What we’re looking for:
3-5 years’ experience in global account management, ideally within a digital/social environment
A deep understanding of digital, social media and word of mouth
Experience of working with blue-chip organisations and of managing an international client base
An extensive knowledge of social media best practices and the latest industry trends
The confidence to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity
An analytical and creative thinker
Excellent written and communication skills
The flexibility to travel internationally
A hands-on approach and positive mindset
Digital Account Manager/Digital Project Manager
We’re looking for a dazzling Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic accounts team at Punch. Sound a bit like you?
Working alongside an exceptional team of account managers and reporting directly to the agency management team, our new team member will adopt a leading role in the day-to-day management of our global brand clients, shaping the direction of future social media projects and campaigns. A client-facing position, our Digital Account Manager will also work closely with our dedicated studio of in-house designers and content creators to bring the latest client briefs to life.
What we’re looking for:
3-5+ years of agency or client-side experience working with major brands
Experience of working in a social media or digital role
A deep understanding of social media best practices and the latest industry trends
Comfortable working under pressure to deliver multiple projects at a time
A hands-on approach and positive mindset is essential
Studio & Operations Executive
We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Studio and Operations Executive to help keep our exciting agency running smoothly.
You’ll be right in among all the action; monitoring compliance across the business, helping manage day-to-day operations and working internally to organise the execution of projects with our world-class clients. Supporting the Operations Director, you’ll gain experience in HR and personal development processes and also have a hand in running the social side of agency life.
