Senior Digital Account Manager: Social Media

Video Editor

Punch is looking for a highly talented video editor to join our in-house creative studio. Working collaboratively with both the client services and creative teams, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, vibrant and dynamic environment, helping bring to life a wide range of social-first video content projects across a growing spectrum of clients. Editing both live action and animation projects, proactivity and a hunger to bring new ideas, ways of working and innovation to the final product are paramount. Surrounded by our experienced team of Directors, DOPs, Editors, Animators and Designers you’ll also be working as part of a hugely ambitious team, eager to learn from each other on a daily basis. Oh, and you’ll love using the phrase “It’s just rendering” A LOT.

The ideal candidate has:

3-5 years’ experience in video/film production as an editor (a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study a plus)

Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (highly experienced working with Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop a must)

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve

Proficiency in sound design, audio mixing, colour correction & colour grading 

Strong understanding of post-production workflow

Good understanding of social media best practices for video

Good knowledge of contemporary cameras, file formats, codecs and their proper handling in a post-production workflow

Highly adept at organising projects and managing workload across several projects at once

Able to easily adapt creative styles from brand-to-brand and industry-to-industry

The ability to communicate and bring to life new ideas and ways of working 

Excellent attention to detail in your work and creative processes
